Warren Fee

July 18, 1929 — August 16, 2018

Warren "Bud" Fee, 89, died peacefully on Thursday, August 16, 2018, surrounded by his family.

Bud was a lineman at Sun River Electric for 37 years. He also farmed and ranched for most of his life. He served in the U.S. Army in Alaska during the Korean War, and was active in the Fairfield VFW for many years. After retirement, Bud served on the Fairfield School Board.

Ice boating on Freezeout Lake and Priest Lake in the 70's led to a trip to an international competition in Buffalo, NY, in the 80's with other iceboaters in the Fairfield/Choteau area. Bud was also active in rodeo as a young man, worked as a hunting guide, and was a lifelong avid horseman. He belonged to the Lion's Club, the Rifle Club, and bowled at the Aragon in Fairfield on the Sun River Electric team.

Bud will be greatly missed by his wife of 54 years, Jeanice; his four children Clark (Ruxandra), Frank (Allie), Jean (George), and Sue (Trevor); his surviving siblings Lois DeZort, Laverne O'Brien, and Farey Sebade; and his five grandchildren Carl, Spencer, Winston, Rio, and Renzi.

Bud goes to join his father, Ernest, his mother, Gladys, his sister Betty Ann, and many other beloved relatives and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 18, 2018, 2:00, at the Fairfield Cemetery. A viewing is scheduled for 9-11 am the same day at Gorder-Jensen funeral home in Choteau.
