Patrick Plume

Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the Little Flower Catholic Church in Browning, MT for Patrick Michael Mad Plume, age 62, of Browning, MT who died Thursday, September 8, 2011 at the Browning Community Hospital from natural causes. A wake will be held from Noon Saturday, Sept. 10th through Monday evening with a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM Monday, Sept. 12th at the Glacier Homes Community Center in Browning. Interment will be in the Mad Plume Family Cemetery at Little Badger under the direction of Gorder Jensen Funeral Home of Choteau.



Patrick was born on March 17, 1949 in Browning, Mt, the son of Mike Mad Plume and Josephine Many Guns and spent most of his life in the Little Badger/Browning area. He was a ranch laborer and a Vietnam veteran of the US Marine Corps and enjoyed riding horses and bicycles. He also enjoyed cutting wood, attending family gatherings and Pow Wows.



He is survived by sisters: Georgina Mad Plume of Little Badger and Anna Lee Mad Plume of Browning; a brother: Richard Rides At The Door Jr. of Browning.



He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Peter, Joseph, Phillip, Sammy and Thomas and sisters: Pauline Mad Plume, Rose Rides At The Door and Jeanette Cadotte.
