Frank D. Blakley, 85, of Simms, MT passed away Tuesday October 2, 2018 from illness. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Gorder-Jensen Funeral Home and the family will hold a private burial at the Sun River Cemetery.
Born April 12, 1933 in Iowa City; the son of Thomas Green Blakley and Julia Rebecca (Kick) Blakley. Frank served in the US Army and was a Korean War Veteran. He received various medals.
Frank is survived by his life partner Alice (Peggy) Sedivec, one brother Thomas Lee Blakley and five children; Frank (Lonnett) Blakely, Rebecca Blakley and friend Brad Gardner, Roger Blakely, Jacqueline (Jeffrey) Armbruster and Mark Blakley.
Frank was proceeded in Death by his parents, one brother Jake, sisters Betty Sloccum, Nancy Oliver, Elsie Hook and three children; Robbie and twin girls.
