Eileen was an active member of the Bethany Lutheran Church in Dutton, Lutheran Ladies Aid, Home Demonstration Club, Montana Cow Belles, Montana Angus Association, the American Quarter Horse Association, the Montana Quarter Horse Association. She was active in various bowling leagues. Eileen was the local Avon Representative. She served many years as an election official. The Trebeschs travelled many miles to various Quarter Horse shows, High School rodeos, and many Angus events.

In their retirement years the Laurence and Eileen travelled to Europe, Hawaii, Canada, and Alaska and spent many winters in Arizona.

She was preceded in death by her husband Laurence, sister Jean, and brother Don.

She is survived by sons Gerald (Arlene) of Boise, Idaho and Richard (Annette) of Tucson, Arizona; grandchildren Shelley, Lance, Larry, Stephanie; great grandchildren Beck, Laken, Inga, Eleanor; and two first cousins Marcile Trebesch and Betty Burtness.
