Casey "KC" Crain passed away on October 15th,2026 surrounded by family. Casey was born on January 29th,1976 in Colorado Springs, CO to Gerald Younkin and Marjorie Adkins. She was raised in Detroit, Michigan. Casey met Tommy Crain in Valley Station, KY they married on June 6th, 2001 in Louisville, KY. They were married for 25 years.

She worked as an EMT, Tax pro and mother. Casey was an avid Christian and dedicated Red Wings fan.

Casey is survived by husband, Tommy Crain; mother, Marjorie Taurianen. Her sons; Gideon, Joachim, and Jacob. Daughters; Gabriella, Grayce, and Katie. Siblings; Charity, Charles, and Christopher. Additional survivors include multiple grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
